The city of Glendale says the Arizona Cardinals do not have veto or dictation powers over the disputed parking contract that has the city providing 6,000 spots for National Football League games each season. Delta Airlines will be closing its reservations call center near SeaTac Airport on Sept. 1. The center's 189 employees were notified of this decision on April 10, and they will be offered other positions within Delta, company spokesman Morgan Durrant said.
